We proactively index publicly available job offers from third-party company websites and present them on branded career pages hosted on our platform (e.g. company.interviewhr.com). This allows candidates to discover and apply for positions through a unified interface.
The companies whose job offers appear on our platform are not necessarily affiliated with, endorsed by, or have a commercial relationship with Interview HR. Job listings are sourced from publicly available information and are presented for informational purposes and to facilitate the application process. Interview HR does not act as an employer, employment agency, or agent of the listed companies. All hiring decisions remain solely with the respective companies.
When you apply for a job through Interview HR, your application (including your CV and contact details) is processed by Interview HR and made available to the hiring company for review. Interview HR facilitates this process but does not guarantee that your application will be reviewed, responded to, or result in employment. The hiring company is solely responsible for their recruitment decisions and communications with candidates.

All content, features, and functionality of Interview HR, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Interview HR or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.
Our AI scoring and matching features are provided as assistance tools only. You remain solely responsible for all hiring decisions. Interview HR makes no guarantee about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated scores or recommendations. All final decisions regarding candidates must be made by human recruiters.
Job offers displayed on Interview HR career pages may be sourced from publicly available information and are provided "as is". Interview HR:

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interview HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Interview HR harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
